Dear Director Kongthong,
I am writing regarding some feedback that was given to me yesterday concerning the volleyball training I have been helping with as a volunteer.
First, I want to make clear that I respect the school's authority regarding its athletic programs and that my role is to support the head volleyball coach and the students. I enjoy working with the girls and want my involvement to be helpful to both the team and the school.
I was told that there was a concern from a parent that some of the training was too difficult and that you had asked that I ease up somewhat. Since you and I have not had an opportunity to discuss this directly, I thought it would be better for me to ask you rather than make assumptions about what you intended.
Since this concern was first relayed to me, the head volleyball coach and I have also communicated directly. He explained that some players have been struggling with the intensity and recovery and that, going forward, he would like

Thank you for helping to train volleyball players. I will check with the coaching team of the Thai team first whether they practice too hard or not or how to do it to suit the students.
